Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the course, it is possible to transfer the studio fee to a new course date in the same or next calendar year, but only if we are given a minimum of two months notice and the required course date is available.  In case of cancellation, the studio fee is non-refundable. Regarding the course fee, the following refund policy applies.

If you cancel:

• more than 30 days before the first day of the course, only the studio fee will be charged.
• 30 days or less, but more than 14 days before the first day of the course, the studio fee and 25% of the course fee will be charged.
• 14 days or less, but more than 3 days before the first day of the course, the studio fee and 50% of the course fee will be charged.
• 3 days before the first day of the course or later (including during the course itself), both the studio fee and the course fee will be fully charged.

If for any reason a course is cancelled by Systemic Life Center the studio fee and course fee will be reimbursed in full. Please note that in the event of cancellation or changes to our schedule, Systemic Life Center cannot reimburse the cost of any pre-booked travel arrangements or fees incurred and we suggest that you might consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred.

Please note that the studio fee and course fee cancellation policy, as well as all other terms on this page of our website, are part of the product terms for our teacher training courses.

The product terms apply to your agreement to follow any teacher training course, next to our General Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a teacher training course, you accept these product terms and our general terms and conditions. In case of conflict between the product terms and the general terms and conditions, the product terms prevail.
